Hi, I'm Frank
Quality and craft, work ethic and trust. These are the principles that define my life and my work. A lifelong Calgary resident, I picked up my work ethic from my father, a Greek bricklayer. He taught me ‘early to rise and be proud of the work you do, no matter how big or small the task’. I developed a love for making things – and making things better – as a teenager when I worked for a renovation company. Along the way I became a journeyman millwright and learned the ropes of general contracting on a diverse range of residential and commercial projects.
In 2003, I started what would become Frankly Built, providing end to end and speciality services for renovations, new builds, rental and in-law suite design and builds, commercial retrofits, and of course all the perfect touches for finishing, cabinetry, doors, and general carpentry. And all of it done with personal service, transparency, and pride.

We improve and update spaces with kitchen and bathroom upgrades, flooring, wall reconfigurations, and new room additions. Our services include redesign and structural modifications.
Rental & Investment
Enhancing rental properties through upgrades and new developments like in-law suites, carriage houses, and multi-family homes. We manage design, project execution, and approvals.
General Contracting
Overseeing new builds, large-scale renovations, and commercial projects. We handle permits, coordinate with designers, and manage specialists to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
